DevBuildings ("Company") takes privacy protection very seriously. This policy explains the information we collect and how we process it.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the following personal information:
- Required information: Email address, name, password
- Optional information: Profile image, company name, contact number
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser information, access logs, cookies
- Payment information: Last 4 digits of card number, payment history (full card numbers are not stored)
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)
- Service provision and account management
- Customer support and inquiry response
- Service improvement and analysis
- Payment processing and settlement
- Marketing and promotions (with prior consent)
Article 3 (Retention Period)
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal (deleted within 30 days)
- Payment information: Retained for 5 years per applicable laws
- Access logs: Retained for 3 months
Article 4 (Third Party Disclosure)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties in principle. Exceptions include:
- With prior consent of the member
- When required by law
- When provided to payment processor (Stripe) for payment processing
Article 5 (Security Measures)
The Company takes the following measures to protect personal information:

- Regular security audits

Article 8 (Children's Privacy)
The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14. If identified, such information will be immediately deleted.
Article 9 (International Data Transfer)
Personal information may be stored on overseas servers (Google Cloud Platform) for service provision. The Company manages personal information safely through appropriate protective measures.
