Terms of Service

Thank you for using DevBuildings (the "Service"). These terms describe the conditions for using the Service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms establish the basic matters regarding the use of project management and visualization service ("Service") provided by DevBuildings Inc. ("Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the DevBuildings web application and related services provided by the Company.
• "Member" means a person who agrees to these terms and registers for the Service.
• "Content" means all data, text, images, etc. uploaded or created by Members on the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)

These terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to Members. The Company may change these terms when necessary, and changes will be applied after notification.

Article 4 (Registration)

Registration is required to use the Service. Members must provide accurate information and update it immediately when there are changes.

Article 5 (Service Usage)

• The Service provides project management, building visualization, AI analysis, and team collaboration features.
• Members may not use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Members may not upload content that infringes on others' rights.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

Fees for paid services are as specified on the pricing page. Payments are made through credit cards, debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

• Monthly subscription: Full refund if requested within 14 days of payment.
• Annual subscription: Pro-rata refund for unused period. Full refund within 14 days of payment.
• Refund requests can be submitted through customer support.

Article 8 (Service Interruption)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

• All intellectual property rights of the Service belong to the Company.
• Ownership of content created by Members belongs to the Members.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for service failures due to natural disasters, hacking, or other force majeure. However, the Company is liable for damages caused by its intentional or gross negligence.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these terms shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court where the Company is located.
